Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OtterSoccer, a youth soccer league management platform operated by OtterSports LLC (“OtterSoccer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering a player or entering information about a minor, you represent that you are that player’s parent or legal guardian, or an authorized official of the league or organization, with the right to provide that information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service

OtterSoccer provides tools for managing youth soccer leagues, teams, and school programs — including registration, rosters, scheduling, messaging, standings, and payments. Features may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.

Fees and Payments

Certain features require payment. Pricing is presented in the Service and may include per-registrant fees, seasonal team plans, or annual school plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Where a registration fee applies, standard payment-processing fees may be added at checkout.

Refunds, credits, and cancellations for player registrations are handled by the applicable league or organization according to its own policies. Subscription plans do not auto-renew unless expressly stated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Upload content that is harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Misuse personal information of players, families, or other users.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as messages, rosters, and uploaded images). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and the rights to share it.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by OtterSports LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtterSports LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OtterSports LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
